Rehabilitative Associate

RiseWell Community Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Rehabilitative Associate to join our team in Brentwood, NY. In this role, you will provide supportive counseling, restorative services, and crisis intervention to people with psychiatric disabilities in a transitional licensed residential program.

Requirements

  • High school diploma with 1 year of experience working with persons with psychiatric disabilities OR a BA in Human Services
  • Clean, valid NY State Driver’s License
  • Fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from NYS Office of Mental Health

  • Wednesday – Saturday
  • 8 AM – 6 PM or 1 PM – 11 PM
