Rehabilitation Therapy Manager, Inpatient Rehabilitation

Responsibilities
- Leads rehabilitation services by overseeing patient assessment, treatment planning, scheduling, and productivity standards.
- Ensures high-quality, evidence-based therapy delivery; collaborates with physicians and families; and maintains departmental compliance with applicable inspections and policies.
- Performs appropriate assessments on residents referred for therapy; observes/evaluates treatments and recommends changes to the physician as needed.
- Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation modalities and develops teaching plans based on resident learning needs; involves families as appropriate and evaluates learning effectiveness.
- Affirms pain that interferes with participation in rehabilitation and contacts the physician for appropriate intervention.
- Oversees scheduling of treatments and maintains departmental productivity standards.
- Safeguards compliance with departmental inspections and documentation requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Current state licensure/certification as RPT and/or Speech Pathologist, or OTR certified by NBCOT.
- Current BCLS certification.
- At least one (1) year of management experience in rehabilitative medicine.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience: At least one (1) year of management experience in rehabilitative medicine.
Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Knowledge of rehabilitation modalities and techniques.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This position is full-time and works Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
