Rehabilitation Services Manager - Full Time

About the role

This role involves managing departmental operations to ensure the delivery of quality clinical services, overseeing personnel, budgets, policies, procedures, and compliance with regulatory standards. The position requires supervising staff, developing improvement plans, and collaborating with medical directors and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Manage department operations, staff, and budgets
• Develop and revise policies, procedures, and quality assessments
• Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate staff evaluations
• Collaborate with medical staff to improve patient care and service delivery
• Market services and optimize resource use for effective patient treatment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology; Master's or Doctorate preferred
• Licenses in relevant fields (e.g., OT, PT, SLP) and CPR/BLS certification required
• Preferred: advanced degrees, 5+ years of technical experience, 1+ year of leadership experience
