Rehabilitation Services Manager - Full Time

About the Role

Responsible for overseeing departmental operations, ensuring the delivery of quality clinical services, managing personnel, and maintaining budgets. Collaborates with medical directors to develop policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage department functions, resources, and staffing to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
• Supervise personnel activities, utilizing professional and supervisory judgment.
• Develop and review policies and procedures, driving quality and compliance improvements.
• Coordinate with clinical staff and medical directors to enhance patient outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to licensing, certification, and regulatory requirements.
• Market services and develop materials to target specific populations.
• Propose patient care improvements and optimize resource utilization.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology (required); Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
• Licensure in OT, PT, or SLP (required); additional certifications such as NOT, ASHA, or APTA preferred.
• Minimum of five years of technical experience; leadership experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification (required).
