Rehabilitation Services Manager - Full Time

About the Role

This position oversees departmental operations, ensuring the delivery of quality clinical services and compliance with regulations. It involves supervising personnel, managing budgets, and developing policies, procedures, and quality assessments. The role requires collaboration with medical directors and staff to optimize resource use and improve patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage department operations, personnel, and resources for effective patient treatment
  • Develop and review policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards
  • Coordinate staff evaluations and clinical competency assessments
  • Support patient care improvement initiatives and staff development
  • Ensure regulatory licensure, certification, and registration adherence

This role demands leadership, clinical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and a focus on quality patient care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology (Master’s or Doctorate preferred)
  • Licenses in relevant fields (e.g., OT, PT, SLP) and CPR/BLS certification

Skills

  • Preferred: advanced degrees, leadership experience, and additional certifications (e.g., NOT, ASHA, APTA)
