Rehabilitation Services Manager

OVERVIEW

Oversees the operations and financial performance of their designated Resurgens Rehabilitation facility. Responsible for ensuring quality treatment and excellent customer service.

CLINICIAN ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a clinician and complete the responsibilities required of their respective clinical job description
• Managerial - Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, supervise, coach, and counsel staff, monitor staffing levels, recruit, interview, and hire staff, facilitate meetings, oversee inventory and supply management, address patient perceptions, coordinate with physicians and other managers, ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Administrative - Assess financial data, manage payment and petty cash, collaborate with Rehab PAR for optimal reimbursement, conduct annual chart audits, review and address coding and documentation deficiencies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education and Experience: Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Athletic Training program; active Georgia and/or National licensure in specified discipline; minimum of 3 years experience as a rehabilitation provider preferred
• Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of budgeting principles, basic Windows, Internet, Excel, Word, Outlook skills; effective communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, occasional exposure to infectious diseases, moderate noise levels, awareness of HIPAA policies
