Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. Responsibilities Assess patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other illnesses.Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.Administer medications, provide wound and IV care, and support patient and family education.Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.Maintain thorough documentation in EMR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Support a patient-centered, safety-focused, and mission-driven care environment. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Registered Nurse with relevant clinical experience.Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment.
