Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse in a rehabilitation hospital setting. Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult inpatients with complex conditions such as stroke, brain, and spinal cord injuries.Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and manage wounds and IVs.Collaborate closely with therapists and physicians to support patient recovery and independence.Educate patients and families, document in the EHR, and utilize advanced rehab technologies.Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Current RN license.Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and wound management skills.Ability to work in a team-oriented, patient-centered environment.Excellent communication and educational skills.Experience with electronic health records and advanced rehabilitation technologies is preferred.
