What You'll Help With

• Assists with therapeutic services and clinical activities.
• Maintains the orderly function of the department.
• Transports patients to and from therapy areas safely.
• Performs patient transfers under supervision.
• Cleans and maintains treatment areas.
• Coordinates with patients, families, therapists, and other healthcare team members.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and training.
• Assists with onboarding and orientation of new aides.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• None specified.
• Good interpersonal skills and effective communication.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing healthcare environment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry or assisting with patient assignments.

Compensation Range: $15.00 - $21.07 per hour
