Rehabilitation Aide

Join our dedicated team at Cape Cod Orthopaedics, where we specialize in providing exceptional orthopedic and sports medicine care to our patients. We're seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support our team of eight skilled physical and occupational therapists in delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists during patient sessions as needed
• Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment areas and exercise equipment
• Escort patients to and from therapy areas
• Restock supplies and help maintain overall clinic organization
• Provide clerical or administrative support to the clinical team
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
