Rehabilitation Aide

Responsibilities

• Affixing to the supervision of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists, certified occupational therapist assistants, speech language pathologists, nurses, or wound care clinicians, assisting the team with rehabilitation treatment, mobility, and patient care in accordance with hospital, state, professional, and federal regulations and guidelines.
• Maintaining patient flow, monitoring vital signs, and organizing materials and equipment within the department.
• Supporting an environment and culture conducive to the hospital's mission by contributing to safe, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• No prior experience required.
• Preferred healthcare experience as a Patient Care Tech, Nurse-Aide, or exercise specialist.
