Rehab Director (PT / OT/ PTA/ COTA) - Full Time

About the role

A full-time REHAB DIRECTOR position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department located in Portland, ME. This position is open to a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA).

Requirements

• A Successful Rehab Director Will Ensure efficient and effective operations
• Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
• Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
• Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
• Provide therapy services as needed
• Be a licensed PT/OT/PTA or COTA or license eligible in the state where employed
• Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department
• Good Faith Rate Range: $35/hr - $48/hr
