About the role
You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
- Document care accurately in Raintree EMR.
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week with support from AI-driven tools to streamline documentation.
- Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support.
Requirements
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral).
- Active West Virginia Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Clinical experience or readiness to manage orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related patient populations. New graduates will be considered.
- Ability to maintain a caseload of approximately 50–60 visits per week; expected visits are 60 per week.
- Comfort documenting care in Raintree EMR.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
