Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Idaho State PT license required to start the position.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
  • Ability to deliver evidence-based, exercise-driven care and to follow risk-stratified protocols.
  • Comfort with one-on-one patient consultations and driving optimal frequency of visits (typical plan includes 45–60-minute sessions for dosing).
  • Willingness to use clinical support tools (e.g., electronic outcomes tools and practice-efficiency platforms).
  • New graduates and clinicians with 2+ years of experience are encouraged to apply.
