About the role

You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
  • Document care accurately in Raintree EMR.
  • Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week with AI-driven tools to streamline documentation and reduce administrative time.
  • Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Active West Virginia Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Ability to document care accurately in Raintree EMR or willingness to learn the system.
  • Willingness to maintain a caseload of approximately 50–60 visits per week (typical expectation ~50–55 visits; 10–15 patients per day for PTs).
  • Accepts new graduates.
  • Agreement to a two-year employment commitment or acceptance of a pro-rated placement fee repayment clause as stated in the offer letter.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and teamwork within a culture of clinical learning and peer support.

Compensation & Productivity Notes

  • Typical PT daily patient volume: 10–15 patients per day, with 50–60 visits per week expected.
