Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Aid in compiling and submitting telecommunications regulatory reports across 170 markets globally.
• Respond to inquiries from regulatory bodies regarding Starlink operations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to establish pipelines, tools, programs, and automation for data retrieval and archiving.
• Conduct research on global telecommunications regulations, including coordination of research processes and management of internal data repositories.
• Manage and archive regulatory report data efficiently.
• Prepare and submit Starlink product and pricing information to relevant regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate responses to customer complaints filed with government agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in a telecommunications context.
• Experience with data systems for regulatory reporting, including Python automation, SQL queries, and API requests.
• Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills, including mapping with QGIS software.
• International experience, including proficiency in a second language.
• Experience working in a start-up or consulting environment, demonstrating adaptability to rapid change.
• Strong teamwork, project management, organizational, and time management skills.

Requirements

• Based in Bastrop, TX, with the need to be onsite.
• Willingness to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.
• U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, refugee status, or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain the necessary authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
