About the Role
Supports compliance and accreditation activities within a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with mock surveys, coordinate self-tracers, and conduct process tracers.
- Develop reports and analyze findings.
- Collaborate with leadership, physicians, and staff to identify risks, develop corrective action plans, and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Conduct audits and review policies.
- Provide education on regulations and support survey preparations.
- Maintain regulatory knowledge and interpret standards.
- Assist with workflow and policy review.
- Support continuous compliance improvement.
- Perform tracers, audits, and documentation reviews to support accreditation processes and ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements
- RN license (compact or single-state).
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- CPHQ certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years (required) or 5 years (preferred) clinical experience in acute care.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, data management, and abstraction.
- Strong clinical knowledge and collaboration skills.
