About the role
Join our team at Maplewood, MN as a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator. You will support international registration and compliance efforts for medical devices and drugs.
Responsibilities
- Cook with global regulatory teams to support medical device and drug registrations and re-registrations worldwide
- Prepare, issue, and manage regulatory certificates for international use
- Track certificate requests, status updates, and completion to ensure timely delivery
- Arrange notarization, apostille, and authentication of documents, including coordination with the Washington Consulate Service as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in science or engineering
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite, fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
- Willingness to become a certified Notary to fulfill job responsibilities (training/support typically provided)
