About the role
This position is for a Product Manager responsible for product planning and execution for Data Retention and Supervision technologies for Electronic Communication data. The role involves gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating with engineering, supply chain, marketing, operations, and support teams to meet financial and customer satisfaction goals while ensuring initiatives align with the company's overall strategy.
Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and roadmap.
- Gather and represent customer needs and requirements.
- Deliver requirements documents with prioritized features.
- Drive new product enhancements through the development lifecycle.
- Perform product demonstrations and orchestrate customer training.
- Propose and manage the overall budget to ensure success.
- Develop and manage the core positioning and messaging for the product.
- Deliver monthly metrics, including volume, savings, and expenses with forecasts.
- Manage beta and proof-of-concept programs with early-stage products.
- Maintain expertise regarding alternative and competing products.
- Work with external third parties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 7+ years as an Information Technology professional, with 3-5 years in Product Management.
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching products.
- Prior experience in a high-volume production environment.
- Experience and understanding of regulatory requirements for retention, supervision, and discovery of electronic communication.

- Experience with Archival, Messaging, Data Analytics, and Data Management technologies.
