Responsibilities
- Prepare rooms for the evening using a genuine and authentic personality
- Connect authentically with guests during interactions
- Deliver the highest level of hospitality and accommodate special requests
- Uphold meticulous attention to detail and Four Seasons quality standards
- Adapt quickly to changes and multitask effectively
- Answer guest calls and direct them appropriately
Requirements
- 1+ years housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
- Flexible schedule available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A passion for cleanliness and organization
- Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift/pull up to 30lbs
