Registration Representative

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients
• Verify insurance and collect payments
• Process referrals and respond to inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient data
• Ensure registration quality
• Support training new staff

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3+ years customer service experience in healthcare or related setting
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Prior medical reception experience preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance procedures, and Microsoft Office
