Registration Representative

Position requires weekdays only — no holidays, weekends, nights or calls.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and visitors
• Ensure accurate patient registration, insurance verification, and collection of patient financial responsibilities
• Support various business office functions as needed
• Patient admissions, scheduling, accounts payable, patient communications, chart preparation, and payment posting
• Strong multitasking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated history of providing exceptional customer service
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Two or more years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Knowledge of medical insurance, patient registration, and collections processes
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Strong customer service background preferred
