Registration Operations Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Participate in registration planning meetings, event team meetings, online registration website testing, and providing quality control throughout the registration cycle.
- Contribute to organization effectiveness by acquiring full understanding of the registration process for each of their events.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain registration databases.
- Provide support to show registrants and exhibitors when escalation from internal teams and/or registration vendor customer service team is necessary.
- Respond to all requests should be emailed within two business days.
- Support internal teams (Marketing/Sales/Operations/Buyer Relations/Delegate Sales Teams) with registration-related requests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Support registration qualification approvals on shows.
- Ensure communication with vendors and internal staff is professional, timely, clear, and accurate, adhering to specifications from internal processes and/or vendor requirements.
- Order registration supplies as requested by the Registration Operations Manager.
- Avoid communication with the Registration Operations Manager while assisting with executing the registration process onsite at each assigned event, including ensuring all requirements are met.
- Report any issues immediately to Registration Operations Manager so they can address and resolve.
- Affiliate with Registration Operations Manager with special registration projects as assigned.
- Affiliate with the Registration Operations team with other event projects as required.
- Travel to events and provide onsite support.
Qualifications
- Must be able to travel up to 20-30% within year, but this is not guaranteed.
- Overnight travel can vary from 3-10 days per trip.
- Experience providing administrative support.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Smartsheet, Outlook.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task daily.
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage deadlines.

- Proven work experience in this role or similar role is essential.
- Degree preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Target Compensation: $50,000 (Non-Exempt)
Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate’s qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
