Registration & Housing Director
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we must map content to these headings. The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should use those exact headings? Probably we should use those headings where applicable. The posting has sections: About Us (but we should not repeat job title as heading; we can use About the role? Actually "About Us" is about company, not role. Might map to "About the role"? The instruction says use those headings as examples; we can use them if they match content. We need to include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections we have content for.
We have:
- About the role: could be Summary (role description). So we can put About the role
with paragraph(s) from Summary.
- Responsibilities: Essential Duties & Responsibilities.
- Requirements: Education & Experience (maybe also Certificates, Licenses, Registrations). Could combine.
- Qualifications: maybe Certificates, Licenses, Registrations? Or we could treat Education & Experience as Qualifications. But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's think.
We have content for:
- About the role (Summary)
- Responsibilities (Essential Duties & Responsibilities)
- Requirements (Education & Experience)
- Skills (maybe part of Education & Experience includes skills like communication, certifications, etc.)
- Benefits (What We Offer)
- Pay (Salary range and bonus)
- Schedule (Hybrid schedule info, travel up to 25% maybe schedule? Actually schedule is about hybrid schedule; travel is separate but could be part of Schedule? The instruction says Schedule heading for schedule info. We have hybrid schedule: "generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week." Also travel up to 25% maybe could be under Schedule or separate? We could include travel under Schedule or maybe not create a separate Travel section because not listed as allowed heading. Could incorporate travel info into Schedule section.
We also have location eligibility list; that could be part of About the role or maybe not needed as separate heading. Could be included in About the role paragraph.
We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, diversity commitment? Actually Diversity Commitment is boilerplate but maybe we should remove it as per instruction: remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Diversity Commitment is similar to EEO; we should remove it. Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. So we should omit Diversity Commitment section.
Also remove "About Us" maybe? It's company description; not required but could be considered part of About the role? The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. It didn't forbid including About Us but we could incorporate into About the role or omit. Since we need to preserve ALL substantive information, we should keep company description? It's substantive but not about role. However the instruction says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't say we cannot have other headings, but we should prefer those headings. The company description could go under About the role? Might be okay to include as part of About the role paragraph. Or we could create a separate About the company
but not in list; risk of being considered filler. Safer to incorporate into About the role.
Thus we will produce sections:
About the role
About the role

Thus we will produce sections:
About the role
... combine About Us and Summary ...
Responsibilities
- ... list each duty ...
Requirements
... Education & Experience bullet points ...
Skills
... maybe list skills like client service, leadership, communication, certifications, G Suite, etc. But we already have many in Requirements. Could combine. To avoid thin sections, maybe we merge Skills into Requirements. But we need to decide. We have content for Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (current certifications in at least 2 platforms). That could be under Qualifications. But we could also put under Requirements. We have Pay: Salary range and bonus. We have Schedule: hybrid schedule and travel up to 25%. We have Benefits: What We Offer. Thus we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Pay, Benefits, Schedule. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual specifics. Now we need to extract details. Let's parse the posting. About Us: "Sparks is a leading global brand experience agency, specializing in the design and execution of award-winning experiences that forge deep connections between brands and audiences. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: (maybe same as certifications above) but we have "Current certifications in at least 2 platforms: Cvent, RainFocus, Swoogo, or Bizzabo" already listed.
