Registration & Housing Director
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content accordingly.
Given posting: About Us (company description) maybe not needed as heading? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. So we need sections like About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (education & experience?), Qualifications (certificates?), Skills (maybe listed), Benefits (What We Offer), Pay (salary range), Schedule (hybrid schedule). Also location list maybe not a heading; could be part of About the role or maybe omitted.
We must preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate: About Us (company description) maybe considered boilerplate? It's about the company, not the role. Might be considered not needed? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. About Us is not exactly those but could be considered company overview; maybe we keep as part of About the role? The heading "About the role" could include summary and maybe company description? But they said do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. They didn't forbid including company description. However they said use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. So we can put company description under About the role? Might be okay.
We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific content.
Let's extract:
Summary: "The Registration & Housing Director is responsible for leading the planning and delivery of registration solutions for a wide range of corporate and consumer events, managing cross-functional teams, vendors, budgets, and project schedules to ensure flawless event execution. Serving as the primary client contact for registration, event technology, and housing, the Director leads end-to-end execution from kickoff through reconciliation while mentoring and managing junior staff. This position will support our Registration team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations: Philadelphia, PA Los Angeles, CA San Francisco, CA Chicago, IL Royal Oak, MI St. Paul, MN Las Vegas, NV New York, NY Grand Prairie, TX Milwaukee, WI"
That's summary and schedule/hybrid and locations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: list bullet points.
Technology, Housing & Financial Oversight: more duties.
Team Management & Development: duties.
Education & Experience: bullet list.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Travel Requirements: Travel up to 25%
What We Offer: benefits list plus salary range and bonus.
Diversity Commitment: EEO boilerplate - remove.
We need to map to headings:
- About the role: could include About Us company description? Or maybe summary. Let's put company description under About the role? Might be weird. Better: About the role includes summary (the role description). We'll include the summary paragraph(s) about responsibilities? But we also have Responsibilities section. So About the role could be a brief overview: maybe the first paragraph of summary? However we must preserve all substantive info; we can split: About the role: short description of role purpose (maybe first sentence). Responsibilities: detailed duties. Requirements: education & experience. Qualifications: certificates, licenses, travel? Skills: maybe list of skills (certifications, tools, communication, etc.). Benefits: What We Offer (benefits list). Pay: salary range and bonus. Schedule: hybrid schedule and location? Actually schedule heading: we can put hybrid schedule and maybe travel? Location maybe not schedule but could be part of About the role? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need schedule content: "It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week." That's specific. Also location list maybe not schedule but could be part of About the role? Might be better to put location under About the role as "Ideal candidate locations". But we don't have a heading for Locations; we could fold into About the role paragraph.
We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. We have salary range and bonus, so Pay is valid. Schedule: hybrid schedule is stated, so Schedule valid. Benefits: What We Offer includes benefits list, so Benefits valid.
Now we need to ensure we don't repeat content across sections incorrectly.
Let's draft:

Schedule:Schedule
Hybrid schedule requiring work in‑office and/or at show site 2‑3 days per week.
We already mentioned hybrid schedule in About the role; but we can keep it there and not duplicate. However we need to avoid duplication? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is not prohibited but could be considered redundant. Better to keep schedule only in Schedule section and not repeat in About the role. But we already placed schedule in About the role; we could move it to Schedule and keep About the role without schedule. Let's adjust. About the role: remove schedule and location? Location could stay there. We'll keep location in About the role. Thus: About the role: purpose and ideal locations. Schedule: hybrid schedule. Now ensure we didn't lose location list. We'll keep in About the role. Now check we haven't missed any substantive info: Travel up to 25% is in Qualifications. Good. Certificates: we have. Now ensure we didn't include boilerplate: Diversity Commitment removed. About Us company description removed? We omitted the initial "About Sparks..."
