What You'll Do

• Investigate tax, title, and registration discrepancies
• Analyze DMV receipts, registration documents, and tax calculations
• Research state-specific regulations and exceptions
• Help dealerships understand complex transaction outcomes
• Diagnose why calculated fees differ from fees assessed by state agencies
• Partner with product and operations teams to improve calculation accuracy
• Become a subject matter expert in vehicle tax and registration compliance
