Primary Responsibilities
- Case management for Tax Registration involves strong attention to detail and answering client's tax-related questions.
- This includes launching projects upon receiving a registration order, processing intake forms, contacting clients with clarifying questions, responding to inquiries, assisting Sales and Service, implementing registration services, making decisions based on tax code setup and client's business situation, managing duplicate requests, assisting with forms, updating systems, and communicating with clients about completed registrations.
- Registration with Agencies requires evaluating and fixing issues with each agency, confirming information submitted by clients, contacting clients for required officer information, registering with requested agencies, updating documentation, notifying the team when changes are required, and communicating with clients about completed registrations.
Education and Experience
- 1-3 years of payroll experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Payroll service bureau experience a plus
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, yet detailed payroll tax department highly desirable
- Employment Tax Knowledge desired
- Tax Registration Knowledge desired
- Intermediate Excel skill desired
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability
- High level of integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills)

The base pay range for this position is $47,108-$ 64,569/yr; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here.
