Academic Systems and Student Records

  • Serve as the primary administrator of the school's Learning Management System (LMS) and ParentLocker.
  • Maintain student schedules, course assignments, grading systems, report cards, transcripts, attendance records, citizenship records, and residency documentation.
  • Coordinate academic records and reporting processes in support of college guidance and post-secondary planning.
  • Manage transcript requests, student records transfers, and graduation-related documentation.
  • Cookbook management and distribution of Sefarim and Textbooks.

Parent and Student Communication

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for parents regarding academic records, report cards, schedules, transcripts, attendance, residency, and related matters.

Government Reporting and Compliance

  • Coordinate and submit all required state and regulatory reports, including but not limited to BEDS reporting, YCS reporting, and other mandated data submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable state regulations governing student records, testing, and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records to support audits and regulatory reviews.

Assessment and Testing Administration

  • Coordinate all aspects of New York State Regents examinations and other standardized testing programs.
  • Manage Test Calendar and Make Up System.

Transportation and Daily Operations

  • Afternoon busing management and supervision.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong technological proficiency, including student information systems and learning management platforms.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced school environment.
  • Experience in educational administration, student services, registrar functions, or school operations preferred.
