Responsibilities
- Maintain student records including receipt and issuance of transcripts
- Evaluate transcripts for transferability of credits
- Adequately adapt to changing assignments, multiple priorities, and deadlines
- Assist in planning and executing Commencement Ceremony and other student services events
- Provide quality student services regarding responsiveness and issuance of transcripts, grade reports, enrollment verifications, and diplomas
- Accurately process student schedule changes, program changes, name/address changes and withdrawals
Requirements
- Completed a Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in post-secondary records processes and systems
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and technology skills
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Prior use of CampusVue and SEVIS preferred
- Familiarity with FERPA guidelines preferred
