Registrar - Emergency - Night Shift 6PM-6AM

About the role

Registers patients and processes related paperwork for the Emergency department during night shift. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Typically reports to a supervisor and/or manager.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients
• Prepare standard registration forms
• Perform admission or transfer related tasks
• Perform clerical and secretarial work as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of related experience
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
