We are seeking a passionate Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) specializing in Pediatrics & Neonatal Care to provide advanced respiratory treatments for neonatal and pediatric patients. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering comprehensive respiratory therapies and developing individualized care plansMonitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments accordinglyAssisting physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic proceduresEducating patients and families on respiratory conditions and treatmentsCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams during rounds and care planningMentoring team members and serving as a clinical resourceEnsuring safety, infection prevention, and adherence to protocolsOperating and maintaining respiratory equipment and evaluating new technologies Qualifications Graduate of a CoARC-approved Respiratory Care ProgramCurrent RCP License and NBRC RRT credentialAbility to handle equipment up to 50 poundsStrong critical-thinking, communication, and patient care skillsPreferred: Pediatric/neonatal experience, critical care, ACLS, and PALS certifications Why Join?
