About the Role

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) specializing in Pediatrics & Neonatal Care, providing advanced respiratory treatments and assessments for neonatal and pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapies and develop individualized care plans.
• Assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Monitor patient progress, modify care as needed, and educate patients and families.
• Support neonatal, pediatric, and critical care respiratory services.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, mentor team members, and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Ensure safety, infection prevention, and proper equipment operation.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CoARC-approved Respiratory Care Program.
• Current RCP License and RRT credential from NBRC.
• Ability to lift and maneuver equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Strong critical-thinking, communication, and patient care skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric/neonatal experience.
• Critical care experience.
• ACLS and PALS certifications.
