Registered Respiratory Therapist - Full Time Nights

Role Overview Seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with 5+ years of experience to provide comprehensive respiratory care to diverse patient populations, including adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients. In this role, you'll perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures, apply advanced clinical expertise, and serve as a resource within the healthcare team. You will ensure patient safety by delivering age-appropriate care while adhering to quality, regulatory, and improvement standards. Key Responsibilities Include Effective communication and collaboration with healthcare team membersEducating patients, families, and staff on respiratory treatments and proceduresPerforming diagnostic and therapeutic procedures per established standardsApplying advanced skills such as ECMO support, mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopies, and sleep lab supportContinuously seeking professional development and feedback Qualifications include an associate degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program, licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner and RRT certification, with a preference for a bachelor's degree.
