Registered Respiratory Therapist - Full Time Nights
About the role
Provides comprehensive respiratory care to patients based on physician orders, acting as a key resource for physicians and nursing staff. Performs direct patient care, consultations on therapy effectiveness, and additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Perform respiratory treatments and interventions
- Consult with physicians on therapy effectiveness
- Utilize all appropriate respiratory care equipment
- Serve as an advanced resource for clinical staff
- Adhere to licensure and certification requirements
Qualifications
Graduate of a CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program, current RCP license, and NBRC RRT credential. PALS certification required for ER staff. Must meet physical demands, including lifting and maneuvering equipment.
Skills
