About the role
Join a leading pediatric healthcare team as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and provide specialized respiratory care to patients.
Responsibilities
- Performing diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures following established standards and guidelines.
- Communicating effectively with the healthcare team, patients, and families, including documentation and handoffs.
- Providing education and training on respiratory treatments and procedures, utilizing diverse learning styles.
- Applying advanced clinical skills, including support for ECMO, mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopies, sleep labs, and other critical care services.
- Ensuring patient safety and compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licenses and certifications including Respiratory Care Practitioner, RRT, and Basic Cardiovascular Life Support.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to perform multiple duties with effective time management.
Schedule
The role involves working nights with three 12-hour shifts per week.
Pay
$10,000 sign-on bonus.
