Responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a wound care setting, collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure positive clinical outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, promptly identifying changes.
• Perform procedures, administer medications, monitor responses, and document care accurately.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and provide compassionate care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care, translating complex information as needed.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
