Registered Nurse - Women's Services - Night Shift

About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, following evidence-based standards and the Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities

• Performs the nursing process for individualized patient care.
• Partners with patients and families and promotes relationship-based care.
• Coordinates safe care delivery and supports team collaboration.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives.
• Fosters evidence-based practices and research.
• Engages in professional development, mentoring, and resource management to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensures compliance with policies, standards, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• RN licensure (single-state or multi-state).
• BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of direct patient care experience preferred.
