Registered Nurse - Women's & Children Resource Team - Days

About the Role

Provides nursing care to pediatric patients in PICU, NICU, Mother/Baby, and SCN units at two hospital locations. Floats between units based on patient needs, supporting a diverse pediatric population.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care across pediatric units
• Perform patient assessment and administer treatments
• Monitor vital signs and respond to patient needs and emergencies effectively
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements

• 1-2 years of PICU and NICU experience required
• Associate Degree in Nursing; bachelor's degree preferred or required within five years if only an associate degree
• Current Illinois RN licensure
• BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (PALS and NRP within six months if not already held)
