Registered Nurse - Women's & Children Resource Team - Days

About the role

This position provides nursing care to pediatric patients in PICU and NICU settings, with floating responsibilities across Peds/PICU, Mother/Baby, and NICU units at two hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety in pediatric and neonatal intensive care units
• Administer treatments and medications
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Support families during care delivery

The role requires flexibility for rotating shifts, including days, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in PICU and NICU settings
• Associate Degree in Nursing (with a plan to obtain a Bachelor’s degree within five years)
• Valid Illinois RN licensure
• BLS certification
• PALS and NRP certifications within six months of hire
