Registered Nurse - Women's and Children’s Resource Team - Nights

Position Overview This nursing role involves providing professional care across Pediatric, PICU, Mother/Baby, NICU, and SCN units at two hospital locations. The position requires critical assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient conditions, delegating tasks appropriately, and collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Deliver nursing care aligned with state laws and hospital policiesAssess patient conditions, recognize changes, monitor progress, and document observationsDelegate patient care tasks to staff and contribute to team goals Qualifications & Skills 1-2 years of PICU and NICU experienceAssociate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree required within five years if only an associate degree heldCurrent Illinois RN licensureValid BLS certification; PALS and NRP certifications required within six months Key Duties & Requirements Work night shifts with rotating weekends and holidaysProvide compassionate, high-quality pediatric and neonatal careUtilize critical thinking and teamwork skills
