Registered Nurse - Women's and Children's Resource Team - Nights

Role Overview: This nursing position requires providing professional care across Pediatric, PICU, Mother/Baby, NICU, and SCN units at two hospitals. The nurse will assess patient conditions, employ critical thinking, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegating appropriate tasks and collaborating within a team are essential components of the role. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with state regulations and hospital policies.Assess patients, recognize changes, and plan effective care strategies.Monitor patient progress and record observations accurately.Delegate tasks appropriately to team members and support unit goals. Qualifications & Skills: One to two years of PICU and NICU experience required.Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required within five years if only an associate degree is held.Current Illinois RN licensure, BLS certification, and certifications in PALS and NRP within six months of hire.
