About the role
Provides professional nursing care to pediatric, neonatal, and maternal patients across multiple units, including Peds/PICU, Mother/Baby, NICU, and SCN, at two hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.
- Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of a healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Bachelor’s Degree required within five years if only an associate degree
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- BLS certification
- PALS certification
- NRP certification

- One to two years of PICU and NICU experience required
