Registered Nurse - Women's and Children’s Resource Team - Nights

Role Overview: This nursing position involves providing professional care across Pediatric, PICU, Mother/Baby, NICU, and SCN units at two hospitals. Key Responsibilities Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and plan/evaluate care using critical thinking.Monitor patient progress, document observations, and delegate appropriate tasks.Collaborate effectively within healthcare teams to meet unit goals. Qualifications & Skills 1-2 years of PICU and NICU nursing experience.Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelors preferred or required within five years if only an associate degree.Current Illinois RN licensure, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications. Additional Requirements: Employs critical thinking, adheres to hospital policies, and functions as part of a team.
