Registered Nurse - Women's and Children Resource Team - Nights

Position Overview Provides professional nursing care across Peds/PICU, Mother/Baby, NICU, and SCN units at two hospitals.Floats between locations, ensuring high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.Works full-time, primarily night shifts, with rotating weekends and holidays. Key Responsibilities Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, evaluate, and monitor care outcomes.Employ critical thinking and record pertinent observations.Delegate appropriate tasks to team members, collaborating effectively to meet unit goals. Qualifications & Skills 1-2 years of PICU and NICU experience required.Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required within five years if holding an Associate Degree.Current Illinois RN licensure, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (PALS and NRP within six months).
