Registered Nurse - Women's and Children Resource Team - Nights

Role Overview Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric and neonatal patients across various units at two hospitals, floating between Peds/PICU, Mother/Baby, NICU, and SCN. Ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a full-time night shift setting with rotating weekends and holidays. Key Responsibilities Assess, monitor, and respond to the needs of pediatric and neonatal patients.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.Maintain compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols.Support patient and family education and emotional support. Qualifications & Skills 1-2 years of PICU and NICU experience.Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree required within five years if only an associate degree held.Current Illinois RN licensure, BLS certification, and certifications in PALS and NRP within six months of start.Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
