Registered Nurse - Women's Services - Nights

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They perform comprehensive nursing assessments, implement evidence-based practices, and coordinate individualized care plans that respect cultural diversity and patient preferences. Responsibilities Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.Ensure documentation of care and collaborate with team members to promote safe, efficient, and equitable care delivery.Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research activities, and uphold organizational policies and safety standards.Mentor and serve as a preceptor to new staff and students, fostering professional development.Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; licensure as an RN (single or multi-state license).Current BLS certification; additional certifications may be required upon hire.Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience preferred.Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.Proficient in technology use and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
