Registered Nurse - Women and Infant - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse - Women and Infants Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare teams.Coordinate and implement patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.Communicate effectively through in-person, phone, and written interactions.Provide individualized education to patients and families based on assessed needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing school.Current nursing license in Illinois.CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Key Duties Provide comprehensive nursing care in a hospital setting, including weekend and holiday rotations.May float to other units as needed.Deliver personalized patient and family education and contribute to quality care improvement.
