Registered Nurse - Women and Infant - Night Shift

Position: RN - Women and Infants Location: Arlington Heights, IL Hours: 36 hours, 7pm-7:30am with weekend and holiday rotations Responsibilities Include Providing patient assessments and collecting health data involving patients, families, and healthcare teams.Coordinating patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.Communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members in person, via phone, and in writing.Tailoring patient and family education based on thorough assessments to meet individual learning needs.Participating in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintaining current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current Illinois nursing license.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
