Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor (RN) $7,500 Sign On Bonus

Pay

• Rate: $43.00–$46.00 per hour
• $7,500 sign-on bonus
• Daily Pay option
• $5,000 loan toward home purchase, work-off option available

About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor assists the Director of Nursing, plans, develops, organizes, and coordinates day-to-day functions of the nursing department.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and directs nursing services for residents on the assigned floor
• Ensures compliance with current applicable federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies and procedures
• Reviews complaints and grievances made or filed by staff; makes appropriate reports to the Director of Nursing
• Ensures an adequate stock of medications, medical supplies, and equipment is maintained on the unit
• Assists in the development of written preliminary and comprehensive assessments of the nursing needs of each resident
• Makes nursing/aide assignments as indicated
• Encourages staff to attend and participate in outside training programs and schedules times as appropriate

Requirements

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of two years of experience providing direct care in long-term care, restorative, or geriatric settings
• Minimum one year of experience as a nursing supervisor, preferably in a nursing home setting
• Current CPR certification
• Must meet state requirements for relevant licensures or certifications with no disciplinary action in effect against professional license

Weekend Supervisor: Saturday and Sunday, 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
