Essential Functions
- Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
- Provides services that exceed company and regulatory standards
- Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
- Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
- Sets and assigns nursing care to team members based on resident needs and capabilities
- Administers medications
- Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
- Documents treatments as required
- Ensures supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid CPR certification
